In June 2019, the Dutch NPPO, Wageningen University and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) will organize a workshop on Synchytrium endobioticum, the causal agent of potato wart disease. The workshop brings together biologists, researchers and research assistants working on all aspects (plant-host interaction, resistance breeding, modelling, classical and molecular diagnostics, management, etc.) of Synchytrium endobioticum and the interaction with its host potato. Also, policy makers and other stakeholders with an interest in the topic are cordially invited. Feel free to distribute this announcement in your professional network.
